Job: Panel Beater

Salary/OTE: £40k-£42k OTE £48k

Area: Warrington

Ascend Talent is seeking a Panel Beater to join an accident repair centre based in Cheshire. As a Panel Beater you will be responsible for all Panel Repair, Replacement & Structural aspects of the vehicles entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods.

Responsibilities: As a Beater you will be responsible for;

  • body work repair or replacement, including trim.
  • Repairing damage in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Stripping & assembling following all correct techniques/ procedures to the highest manufacturer standard.

Experience/ Skill:

  • Background of Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair role
  • Experience on Jig work
  • Fixtures and welding
  • ATA or equivalent qualifications desirable.

Package:

  • Salary dependent on experience £40k- £42k.
  • A monthly profit share bonus is paid with efficiency being met.
  • OT available with rates at x1.5 for first 4hrs and x1.25 for hours after 4.
  • Flexi start time
  • 24 days Holiday plus bank holidays, goes up with service, maxes at 28.
  • 40 hour week.
  • Pension Scheme
