Are you ready to craft luxury?

We are currently seeking experienced Sprayers to join the esteemed family at our clients Osprey Quay facility in Weymouth, Dorset. As a Sprayer, you will play a vital role in creating masterpieces admired in exclusive marinas worldwide.

Successful applicants will become a member of a Prep and Polish team, where you will deliver flawless quality and impeccable finishes. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks across an extensive product lineup, from hand-spraying lacquered panels to crafting premium interior finishes. Working with a variety of paints, chemicals, and materials, you'll demonstrate unmatched attention to detail while shaping sculpted foam to match each yacht's unique contours. Additionally, you'll provide support across various stages of the production process as needed.

Ideal candidates for this role will have backgrounds in marine, automotive, aerospace, or furniture manufacturing

Our Working Environment:
Day Shift:
Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30
Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 18:00-04:30 | Shift premium (x1.3) applied to basic rate

Compensation and Benefits:
Basic hourly rates ranging from £14.00 to £16.05, based on experience

Overtime rates of up to £24.75 (x1.5 rate) and £32.10 (x2 rate, Sundays/Bank Holidays) -
