Paint Sprayer

Core Responsibilities:

• Have all paint spraying skills, understand colour, colour matching and characteristics of various coatings and finishes.
• Be able to do most aspects of spray painting to high standards.
• Prep and mask up panels, Wheels and Applicators .
• Preparing components to a high standard ahead of the painting process i.e. Pre-clean down and sanding
• Sanding & preparing panels and parts for finishing by hand.
• Following detailed plans accurately
• Understanding the required specification details to complete the preparation process.
• Adherence to the Company's policies and legal duties, specifically control of emissions, management of solvents and the recycling of waste products.

• Willingness to listen and learn, and develop.
• Have all prepping and paint spraying skills.
• An enthusiastic and positive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work as part of a team and also as an individual.
