The Job

• Accountability for the activation, delivery and optimisation of profitable paid social campaigns
• Managing clients where specialist paid social expertise is required
• Managing junior members of the paid social team to ensure best-in-class delivery of campaigns and client success
• Implementing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in the team's outputs
• Contributing to converting new business opportunities in order to continue growing the team

You

• Expert-level knowledge of paid social platforms and associated technology (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube and beyond).
• Working knowledge of other digital channel platforms (eg. CM360, Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics)
• Strong understanding of the implications of wider industry changes on targeting, tracking, consent and platform trends.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients whilst ensuring timely delivery to industry-leading standard of execution.
• A strong awareness of the broader media and marketing ecosystem, both online and offline, and how it connects with paid social.
