The Company

My client is a global communications network employing of 3,500 people across 21 countries.
They offer an in-house solution to their client, with the infrastructure of a "big network". They have a tight team that work closely together to offer creative, production, strategy, media, performance driven digital and data.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paid Social specialist to join the media team and grow the channel. It is the perfect opportunity for an individual that is looking to move away from the traditional media agency and grow their career in an in-house role.

The Job

As the Paid Social Manager your responsibilities will include:

• As part of the Media Team, you will be integrating and presenting social plans for client approval.
• In- platform campaign set- up.
• Managing digital campaign performance metrics.
• Expand digital attribution models.
• Optimising and reporting of campaign results.

You

For the role of Paid Social Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Native and skilled within the key paid social platforms.
• Curiosity to learn from those around them.

• Can build relationships and a network within the agency. To know who to speak to in order to deliver.
• Illustrates incredible organisation. Someone who is always on top of their to do list and has impeccable time management.
• Can communicate clearly and concisely.
• Has a high EQ. Understanding how to read people and always thinking of others.
• Is flexible and adaptable. Taking ever-changing circumstances and project demands in their stride, always the picture of calm and controlled.
