Paid Search Manager

London/hybrid (office 3 days per week)

My client is looking for an enthusiastic paid search specialist as they grow their services across the globe. Reporting to EMEA Paid Search Lead, you will be working on one of the key accounts, owning all of the paid search activities across all EMEA and APAC markets, where you’ll be instrumental in building state-of-the-art paid search strategies, and the day to day implementation across PPC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client KPIs.
  • Manage client communications
  • Regular client meetings.
  • Driving new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns, including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, keyword expansion, audience management, and landing page optimisation.

You will have:

  • 3+ years of paid search advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
  • Proven track record of success in meeting search campaign KPIs..
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
  • Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging or Google Analytics).
  • Google certification (Fundamentals), Analytics and Adwords Certifications a plus.

£42.5K + 10% bonus + career progression
