Job Title: Children’s Physiotherapist (Band 6)

Location: Leyland

Team: Children’s Physiotherapy Team

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Hours: Up to 37.5 hrs a week (weekdays only)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: Ongoing

Responsibilities: We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Leyland. As a Band 6 professional, you will be responsible for managing a community-based caseload of children with diverse needs, including Musculoskeletal (MSK), Neuromuscular, Developmental, and Coordination difficulties.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct assessments and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Work across various settings, including clinics, schools, and home visits.
  • Collaborate with the Team Coordinator and Clinical Lead for ongoing support.
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding and experience within the specialist area.

Requirements:

  • HCPC Registration and relevant Physiotherapy qualification.
  • Experience in working with children, particularly in community settings.
  • Ability to handle varied caseloads, including MSK, Neuromuscular, and Developmental conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
