We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Paediatric Nurses to join our team at Randstad to work ad hoc shifts in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing specialised care to infants, children, and adolescents in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history

- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans

- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients

Requirements:

- Valid nursing licence and registration in the UK

- Proven experience as a Paediatric Nurse or in a similar role within the uk

- Excellent knowledge of paediatric medical practices and procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
