About the role

As a Commercial and Sales profile in our Packaging team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving B2B sales of our reusable Packaging solutions within the UK. You will be part of a journey taking our strong packaging offerings from an add-on to freight transport to a central offer and standalone product, offering flexibility to our clients. The main task of the team is to make Packaging Solutions a household name across industries.

Strategic Influence: Collaborate with the Group Packaging Team to formulate and execute expansion strategies. Leverage synergies across the DFDS network to maximize market presence.

Client Engagement: Nurture existing client relationships while forging new ones. Be the face of DFDS, showcasing our Packaging solutions.

Sales Dynamo: Generate leads, build robust sales pipelines, and drive organic growth. Your energy and enthusiasm will be contagious!

About you

We're seeking an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of surpassing sales objectives. Your adeptness in effective communication across various organizational levels, coupled with your ability to initiate, guide, and successfully finalize sales transactions, sets you apart. Your business acumen, particularly within the packaging, logistics, or food industry, is highly valued. With your contagious enthusiasm, proactive approach, and adaptable nature, you'll thrive in this dynamic role. As this is a newly created position, defining the team's culture is a work in progress. Personally, you're an extroverted individual with a positive outlook, exceptional communication skills, and a keen drive for achieving targets and delivering results.
