Experienced, full time PA (or 4 days considered), required for a well-established, prestigious firm in Framlingham. The role will provide an effective and efficient PA support to a department team.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Word processing & digital dictation, including preparing reports
  • Diary management for the team, including travel arrangements and managing meetings
  • Handle incoming calls to the team, sales enquiries, making appointments, and establish business relationships
  • Preparing and circulating agendas and minutes
  • Update internal systems with new leads and client information
  • Use of in-house accounts software to record data, monitor payments due and made, and issue invoices
  • Ensure all letters and documentation are completed correctly
  • Maintain physical files with ongoing client correspondence, ensuring all files are legally compliant
  • Client management - greeting clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional way
  • Brochure preparation including arranging / overseeing photography and using Publisher
  • Marketing - sending post advertising, digital mailers and social media
  • Assist with mailings, events and pitching material

Applicants will have fast and accurate audio typing, professional communication and organisational skills, along with strong IT skills including use of Publisher. Must be able to work in a busy environment and work under pressure during busier periods.

Hours: Monday to Friday (8:45am to 5:30pm) - 4 days considered.
