This highly successful design-led, people orientated architectural practice is looking for an experienced PA to look after 2 busy but very lovely Directors.

As the PA you are a key support to the Director’s, managing busy diaries, ensuring they are prepared for all meetings and trips, acting as their eyes and ears in their absence and dealing with any problems that arise so you need to be uber organised, confident and able to think on your feet. You’ll also be organising and attending project meetings, taking minutes, typing documents and generally assisting where needed so it’s nice and varied. One of the Directors heads up the Marketing and Communications team so there will also be areas of support using your creative side assisting with marketing and communiations projects and producing documents and marketing materials in Indesign so you will need to be confident with the programme.

They are a large practice so you are part of a wider team who collaborate with each other and support when needed with deadlines approaching so you need to be a real team player, flexible in your approach and happy to muck in where needed.

They are a great team with a good energy so it’s a lovely role for the right person with lots of variety and scope. As a company they are very strong on staff wellbeing and mindset and work in a hybrid set-up.

In order to be successful you must be extremely organised with a friendly, professional and meticulous nature combined with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll also need solid PA experience at Director level, ideally in an architecure or design environment.
