Job Title: PA - Trade Association

Professional Not For Profit Membership Organisation

Contract: 3 months, part-time working 21-28 hours over 3-4 days

Working Model: Hybrid working Monday-Thursday with minimum of one day in the London office

Rate: £15 per hour plus holiday pay

Start Date: Monday 15th April 2024

My client, a well-regarded and influential trade association is currently looking for a PA to support the senior management team. If you have previous PA experience working for a trade association, professional body or similar membership based organisation we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate is responsible for providing PA support to the senior management team of 4.

The role involves supporting the managerial team and providing assistance for internal and external meetings, events and projects. The right candidate will be very organised and capable of dealing efficiently with any issues that may arise. You will be confident, have the ability to prioritise a full workload, project a professional image and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge & Experience

• Excellent organisational skills
• Ideally with experience working in a PA role for a Trade Association, Professional Body or similar membership organisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Diary management
• Taking minutes
• Arranging meetings
• Producing paperwork
• Attention to detail and ability to close out tasks
• IT and database skills
