Page Personnel have been briefed on a new PA opportunity for one of our Education clients. The role is full time and permanent, and offers a suite of excellent employee benefits.

Client Details

My client operate within the Education sector, and operate across 4 campuses within the UK.

Description

The successful PA will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Deputy CEO
  • Managing the Deputy CEO's diary and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinating with other departments on behalf of the Deputy CEO
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Organising events and conferences as required
  • Managing projects and conducting research
  • Ensuring efficient operation of the office
  • Handling confidential information in a professional manner

Profile

The successful PA should have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role and preferably at c suite level
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently
