Duties:

  • Typing documents, reports, and emails from both handwritten and dictated manuscripts with accuracy.
  • Project Administration
  • Comprehensive management of diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
  • Mailbox management for Directors and personal, guaranteeing timely and organized responses.
  • Preparation and assembly of complex files in both soft and hard copies ahead of meetings.
  • Professional handling of incoming calls and messages.
  • Meticulous formatting and proofreading of documents to uphold communication standards.
  • Developing and maintaining robust client relationships through outstanding service.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness with various project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Package Details:

  • A competitive salary ranging from £30k to £35k per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Pension contribution of 5%.
  • 22 days of holiday, plus 6 discretionary additional days
