Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a professional legal firm based in the heart of Bristol, with the appointment of an experienced PA to join its team.

This is an exciting time to join the company as they have recently moved and are in a brand new modern office, located in the heart of Bristol. This is a superb opportunity to join an established and highly experienced team, providing integral PA support to 3 Partners. You will be working closely with the Managing Partner, supporting with HR and operational duties to ensure the smooth running of the department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR duties: holidays, sickness, contracts and ad hoc requests
  • Diary management and booking travel/accommodation.
  • Overseeing meeting presentations, notes and formatting documents.
  • Drafting a monthly internal newsletter.
  • Overseeing large internal projects.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, demonstrating a meticulous eye for detail, and record keeping. You will work with professionalism and a high standard of discretion - maintaining business protocol at all times. You will be confident in communicating new ideas and ways of working, in forward thinking entrepreneurial company.

About the role:

  • Working hours will be 3-4 days per week - must work Monday, Thursday and Friday.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (Increasing after 5 years’ service)
  • Hybrid working
