PA TO CFO in LIVELY FILM COMPANY - BASED IN BEAUTIFUL OFFICES CLOSE TO CAMDEN. This PA role requires someone with a really good sense of how to manage their bosses day to ensure their time is maximized. This PA role supports the CFO in his function of giving the best advice to the various stakeholders within this film company.

Main PA Responsibilities

  • Arranging complex international travel including flights / hotels
  • Detailed itineraries and travel packs so the CFO can keep track of their schedule
  • Meeting arrangements with various stakeholders - internal / client facing
  • Organizing the CFO’s diary across multiple time zones and ensuring their time is managed effectively
  • Preparation of meeting material - carrying out any research so that the CFO is fully-briefed ahead of meetings
  • Processing accounts payable invoices, payroll and staff expeses ensuring correct coding
  • Assist with Corporate Audits
  • Extensive liaison and relationship-building with key contacts in the US offices
  • HYBRID ROLE - WORK FROM HOME MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS
