Our client is an upmarket, property management company specialising in all aspects of lettings, property management, developments and investments. They are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to support the team in Wimbledon.

To be considered, you will have a proven track record within property administration, and building and maintaining excellent relationships with directors, managers, clients and suppliers. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

Personal specification:

· At least 2 years’ solid PA/Administration experience is essential.

· PA experience within the property industry would be preferred.

· Excellent spoken and written English.

· Demonstrates discretion.

· Articulate with excellent communication skills.

· Have the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.

· Have excellent IT skills across all Microsoft packages.

The role will be starting initially on a temporary basis, with the view to convert onto a FTC for the right candidate.
