P2P Supervisor / £35,000 - £45,000 DOE / Near Southport / Hybrid / Permanent

Adaptable Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing business near Southport who are looking for an P2P Supervisor to join the team

Package:

  • Salary £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Hybrid working pattern - 3 days at home and 2 in office
  • 25days holiday plus BHs


Location: near Southport

Job Duties:

  • Proactively review the P2P processes, procedures and practices ensuring the needs of the business are met
  • Work co-operatively and maintain effective collaborations, internally and externally
  • Produce accurate KPI information to demonstrate the performance of the team and identify potential areas of risk or improvement.
  • Training, coaching and development of existing team and new team members
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers



Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager

When will interviews be taking place?
Interviews will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

  • 1+ years experience in a P2P role at management level is essential
  • Must have experience with building new P2P systems
  • Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
  • Good excel and system skills essential
