Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our cleaning staff, managing client requests, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times. This is a working role, requiring hands-on cleaning experience as well as supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Manage client requests and expectations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Organize and prioritize workloads according to client requirements and scheduling constraints.
Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff as needed to maintain quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff members.
Act as a point of contact for clients and address any inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
Cover for the full-time cleaning supervisor during periods of leave or absence.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a similar role.
Strong cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage client expectations and requirements effectively.
Proficiency in IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work within scheduled timeframes and meet deadlines consistently.
