Overheating Assessor

This is the exciting opportunity for a self-driven Overheating Assessor to join an award-winning sustainability consultancy, with the luxury of remote working. You will join them in providing excellent sustainability and energy solutions for the construction industry, as well as producing high quality and accurate calculations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good educational background and ideally have a degree within an energy or sustainability field
  • Experience with IES software for TM59 and TM52 overheating analysis
  • Good knowledge of building physics and UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication and strong attention to detail

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Produce TM52, TM59 and Part O assessments
  • Use software's such as IES to carry out overheating and thermal comfort analysis
  • Use IES to undertake thermal modelling and ensure building designs are in compliance with Part L
  • Carry out energy assessments, sustainability statements and provide building modelling improvements to clients
