Position - Outreach Service Manager

Location - Basingstoke, Hampshire
Salary - GBP28,700 p.a. plus GBP100 per on call 1 in every 4 weeks
Hours - 39 per week , may include some early morning, evenings and weekends worked on a pre-planned rota

About the role - This is a service that supports individuals at risk of homelessness offering lifeline outreach help. It aims to empower service users and improve their life skills and foster independence. The ultimate aim is to help them transition into independent living and off the street. As the Outreach Service manager, your duties will include managing the services performance, using your leadership skills in influence and impact. You will have 5 direct reports who looks after accommodation units. You will be involved in meeting with commissioners presenting what your service offers to create awareness, carrying out staff reviews, budget control, training and recruitment
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required - You need a good understanding of rough sleeping and have worked with people who have been socially excluded with complex social needs. You will have management a caseload of clients and worked in a similar setting
