Join own of our amazing Schools in Kidderminster as an Outdoor Education Instructor specializing in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging outdoor education activities tailored to SEMH students, including activities like kayaking, hiking and general outdoor sports.
  • Foster teamwork, resilience, and personal growth through outdoor experiences.
  • Support the holistic development of students facing SEMH challenges.

Requirements:

  • Outdoor Education qualification or relevant experience.
  • Understanding of SEMH needs in an educational setting.
  • Enthusiastic about promoting well-being through outdoor activities.
