Hours: Mon – Fri 9.00 am – 5.30 pm (unpaid lunch break 30 mins) - Office Based
Salary: £21,673.60 - £31,000 Realistic OTE + Company Benefits + Pension

The Role:
Due to company expansion, we are looking for an Outbound Sales Advisor (B2B) to join the team...
- Manage a territory account base of convenience retailers to promote revenue growth.
- Make high volumes of outbound B2B calls to encourage ordering via telephone, sell in new promotions and products, and build solid business relationships.
- Strengthen existing business relationships by building up account data on the in-house Sales System.
- Take orders over the telephone and administer/process sales orders in an accurate manner.
- Develop product knowledge to educate business accounts with regard to the various product ranges available.
- Contribute to and utilize call guidelines to ask relevant questions to the b2b customers, to meet their own business needs.
- Work to set KPIs communicated at team level, to meet Company expectations in line with objectives for the business which are critical for success.
- Have a clear understanding of the Company ethos promoting how the brand are experts in this product area which can be then be transferred to a sales call to drive sales, achieve and exceed targets.
- Working with the Field Sales team, to build and develop business accounts, share account information and offer fantastic customer service.
The role is ideally suited to applicants with previous experience in sales.
Requirements

- Committed to working in a safe and efficient environment always keeping the working area clean and tidy and highlighting issues that may pose a risk to colleagues.
