Organisation Design Data Analyst

Join our client as an Organisation Design Data Analyst, collaborating to manage HR systems and data, for a complex reorganisation.

• Working with the programme management team to conduct detail analysis of counter proposals vs original design.
• Create organisational charts, providing data support for informed decision-making.
• Liaise with recruitment partners and HR stakeholders, overseeing accurate MI reporting.
• Ensure efficient progress tracking with finance.
• Manage the change control process ensuring impacts of change on cost, size and shape of the organisation are clearly articulated.

Experience Required:

• Demonstrable experience in managing the data and systems aspects of complex company reorganisations.
• Expertise in HR systems, with Oracle HCM Cloud highly beneficial.
• Strong experience in presenting information and data, including ability to tell stories with data to senior stakeholders.
• Proven record of working in agile project environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint, preferred.
