Juice is thrilled to be supporting a family-run business based in Radstock, in their search for an Order Processing Team Leader to join their friendly team.

You will be responsible for processing orders to strict deadlines in order to make sure deliveries are out on time, whilst delivering a high level of service to customers when required.

DAY TO DAY:
• Ensuring web orders are processed efficiently, to meet business deadlines.
• Taking lead on the Web Processing team.
• People management, including leading the team of between 3-5.
• Advising customers with general enquiries.
• Giving helpful advice in a friendly and welcoming manner to all customers in the shop.
• Taking deliveries and making sure everything is in order.
• Labelling and organising new stock following deliveries.
• Re-stocking, pricing of new deliveries and price checks on the system

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
• Accurate, efficient and can adhere to strict deadlines.
• Ability to lift heavy parcels (up to 25kg per parcel).
• Computer literate.
• 'Can do’ attitude and helpful towards other colleagues and customers.
• Showing initiative during quieter times.

This role can be offered between 22.5 and 37.5 hours a week. Their working hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm.
