We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Repairs Supply Chain Order Book Manager to work with our client BAE Systems within the Aerospace Industry based near Preston. The jobholder will manage an order book on the US F35 Programme and will be responsible for using the ERP system to generate demands and investigate discrepancies. You will liaise with both internal & external stakeholders to manage the order book and will ensure the delivery of the repaired assets back to the customer. You will report into the section leader on the status of the order book, highlighting any issues and produce the associated KPIs required.

Responsibilities;
- Using ERP System
- Liaising with Procurement
- Liaising with Commercial and Engineering areas
- Liaising with the Customer on a daily basis
- Using spreadsheets including producing Pivots & metricating data including graphs

The job holder will need to be both a team player & able to work alone. You will have good Excel Skills. You wlll be able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers at all levels and have good problem solving skills.
