Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of the region’s leading training providers as they add to their team due to expansion.

We are looking to speak to experienced operations officers who are looking for a new challenge. The role will be hands on, supporting the introduction of a new electronic system into the business.

The position is to monitor the standards within the business, ensuring effective delivery of contracted services. The post will ensure the adhering to policy, standards, and legislation by interacting with support staff and the attendance at external monitoring meetings with contractors.

Duties include:

  • Monitoring contractual compliance, providing regular performance summaries and feedback to senior management.
  • Assist business support with the production of monthly reports that provide essential data and statistics relating to contracted services.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
  • Present findings to senior management teams.
  • Monitor changes to make sure they are working.
  • Monitor the company’s compliance with the contracted services, ensuring that operations are run in a healthy, safe, and secure manner in accordance with relevant legislation. Updating management regularly.
  • Collecting, processing, and auditing complaints in line with the policy, working collaboratively with the support team.
  • Provide high-quality thematic reviews into contract delivery and dip sample reports on a range of areas enabling requisite assurance of contract delivery and adherence to policy.

Suitable candidates will have exceptional communication skills, will be a strong team player and will be able to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
