Manchester Staff are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Director to work for an exciting and growing education business based in Manchester. The role offers a great opportunity for somebody passionate about creating opportunities for young people to help them achieve better futures.

The company are an established business who have seen significant growth in recent years and are looking to grow their senior management team to support their business operations. You will work closely with senior stake holders where good communication, use of initiative and team work are required. You will be expected to create new processes, as well as develop existing processes to maximise business efficiency across all functions.

The company have a fun and welcoming environment where job satisfaction is prioritised for its staff. Hybrid working is also offered with 2-3 days working from home per week.

Required Skills:

• 5-10 Years’ experience within an Operations Manager / Director role
• Experience within an SME growth company
• Proven success building systems and processes to maximise functional efficiency.
• Proactive and able to use your own initiative
• Strong A Level or Degree qualifications desired.

The Package

• Salary of 70,000 - £80,000 salary dependant on experience.
• 28 days holiday, inc Bank Holidays
• Hybrid working
