We are looking for an Operations Executive to join a small team in the Twyford, Reading. The role is an interesting mix of office coordination and completing some sales activity for the company (emails and approx 20 calls per week). The opportunity is a full time role, working primarily Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with occasional overtime with time off in lieu.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing orders

  • Tracking and overseeing transport of goods

  • Updating and maintain documentation

  • Driving the company van to customer sites as required

  • Keeping updated with systems such as telephone, email, and online orders

  • Working closely with the internal team and key suppliers

  • Managing stock levels of materials

  • Sales responsibilities including new business connections and occasional presentations

Essential

  • Suitable backgrounds could be from Hospitality, Retail or Leisure Centre roles

  • Experienced driver essential with own transport

  • Physically fit for occasional lifting in warehouse

  • Confident in liaising with customers

  • Basic IT Proficiency

  • Proactive and able to work independently
