An Operations Executive is needed to join a global brand that specialises in producing high-quality apparel and equipment for martial arts enthusiasts. Our client is one of the world's leading Martial Arts clothing and equipment brands. They create innovative products to help Martial Artists across the world train at peak performance. With rapid expansion underway, they are on the hunt for an Operations Executive / talented Graduate to elevate and streamline company operations.

The Operations Executive / Operations Coordinator will be working with the CEO of the company to build operational systems, help create new marketing channels and work in a variety of different business areas.

The company currently fulfils products from its warehouse in the USA and has plans to expand into the UK within the next few months. You will be part of creating the UK fulfilment system for their products and overseeing UK operations as it develops.

In more detail the Operations Executive / Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Communicate with overseas factories to manage orders.
• Inventory forecasting/Demand planning.
• Ensure quality control of stock and improve product quality.
• Oversea freight forwarding, logistics and stock shipments.
• Helping with new product launches on their online website.
• Overseeing customer service team.
• Remotely Overseeing fulfilment of orders from the warehouse in the USA.
• Helping launch the UK warehouse for the fulfilment of orders.
• Improve operational systems.
• Work with the marketing team on various projects.

To qualify... You should be an Operations Executive / Operations Coordinator / Ecommerce Graduate or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

• Some operations management experience in an Ecommerce / retail or consumer goods industry.
• Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• An understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving business growth.
• Proactive in staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
