Description

• Facilitate efficient communication between Chinese partner schools and the global alliance.
• Manage customer service inquiries from Chinese market, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Conduct market research to understand educational trends in China.
• Assist in the planning and execution of cross-cultural events and initiatives.
• Support the sales team in business development activities within the Chinese market.
• Provide administrative support when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Operations Executive should:

• Have experience with budget preparation and management
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively handle the Chinese market.
• Strong interest in education and international business.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-cultural team.
• Operational experience in Education or Travel industries preferred but not essential.
