Your Role

As Operations Director, you'll oversee all operational facets across our dual bases in Bristol and Poznan, Poland. From Production to Supply Chain Management, Health & Safety to IT, you'll ensure seamless operations that drive our company forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Championing Health & Safety compliance and maintaining ISO qualifications
• Spearheading a sustainability roadmap to propel us towards environmental success
• Driving efficiency and flow through lean manufacturing techniques
• Managing inventory levels and optimizing supply chain management
• Cultivating a culture of customer excellence and quality assurance
• Implementing cutting-edge IT technologies for operational efficiency
• Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Technical, and Sales departments
• Leading and mentoring a team of department managers to achieve excellence

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in senior operations roles
• Experience in IT implementation for operational enhancement
• Strong grasp of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Robust knowledge of mandatory H&S requirements and sustainability practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adeptness in HR and employment law
• Ability to drive process enhancements and support high-level objectives
