If you are an experienced Operations Manager / Director that wants to be part of one of the fastest growing, ambitious and exciting firms of accountants I know this is the job for you.

This company is going places FAST…..they can't keep up with the demands for their services and having just received investment for a new venture which is going to be ground-breaking for their sector they need an experienced Operations Director to help steer this growth.

Run by a young, ambitious (and award winning) Director this is the epitome of the new era of accountancy practices; and they are offering a bonus and profit share option to attract the very best person they can.

You will work alongside the Managing Director and take the lead in the day to day running of the firm, helping to steer commercial decisions, strategy and growth plans, alongside helping to roll out new projects and ventures.

The Director is looking for someone that can bring ideas and suggestions to the table, and work in partnership with him to utilise all the opportunities that they have sat in front of them.

Generating revenue isn't a problem, they have a waiting list of over 500 clients, and any new business they do take on board are paying fees up front just to get onto the books!!!!

So this role isn't about saving a business that's struggling; its about helping them capitalise on their growth and the demands for their services.

I am looking to speak with people that are already proven in an operational role at a firm of accountants, someone that would be excited at the prospect of working in business that is going through one of the fastest growth trajectories I have seen.

You will be touch tight to everything and everyone - you will see the impact your ideas and suggestions are having on the firm and most importantly you will have the opportunity to be part of a business that will be going through an unbelievable journey over the next few years.
