We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in Cambridge who are recruiting for an Operations Delivery Director on a full-time permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of the P&L and associated revenue through the successful delivery of projects
  • Working collaboratively across the various groups of the business
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise service delivery
  • Leading all business development opportunities
  • Directing and leading the delivery and implementation of the programme
  • Identifying key risks and manage them effectively
  • Leading the interface with senior stakeholders
  • Reporting the progress of projects to the Board


The Successful candidate will have:

  • In depth knowledge of the Electrical industry (ICP’s/DNO’s/IDNO’s)
  • NERs accreditation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Experience of delivering HV projects
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to create project plans
  • Experience using MS Office
