Operations Administrator
REED is working with a client based in Hemel Hempstead recruiting an Operations Administrator to join the projects team. You will be an essential part of the team performing admin tasks. You will also train into the service area where you will learn how to schedule and co-ordinate engineers and send quotes. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organised, professional and keen to learn.
The Role:
- Project Admin
- Liaising with customers
- Dealing with incoming orders
- Processing orders
- Ordering equipment and updating customers
- Sending invoices
- Business emails and comms
- Training into Service team scheduling engineers.
- Coordinating Engineers
- Liaising with installations team
Key Skills:
- Good IT skills
- Commercial acumen
- Upbeat & organised
- Keen to learn and develop
