On behalf of our ‘planet-friendly’ client, we have an exciting fixed term (maternity) contract for an Operations Administrator who is a detail-oriented, forward-thinking professional and driven by a passion for excellence.
In the role of Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in tenant-related administration and act as a primary contact for new tenants. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tenant move-ins and outs, maintaining and updating legal documents, managing electronic and paper records, and providing exceptional administrative support. To excel, you'll need strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, an aptitude for database management, and a genuine commitment to social and environmental issues.
