A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a prestigious college in Cambridge as Operations Administration Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a unique role that offers a great level of variety and responsibility.

Main duties will include:

  • Project/Programme Management
  • Event organising
  • Stakeholder management
  • Development, training and management of three direct reports
  • Attending high level meetings and taking minutes
  • Handling any departmental queries
  • Support senior leaders with the college's vision and strategy
  • Providing Executive Assistant support to senior leaders where required
  • Researching and writing reports and documents

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong Project Management / EA experience
  • Experience working within educational, charitable or government establishments desirable
  • Highly organised with event planning experience
  • Research and report-writing skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal hours when required
  • Excellent people management skills
