Portfolio Payroll are proud to be partnering with our market leading client based in the Salford Quays area of Greater Manchester to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator. This is a data integrity position working within the payroll compliance team. We are looking for experienced administrators to manage the "In Time" system ideally from a recruitment payroll background.

This is a hybrid role

Key Duties/Tasks:

  • Updating contractor rates
  • Providing a high level of customer service to clients
  • Internal auditing and compliance checking
  • Supporting managers across the business and dealing with complex queries
  • Preparation of contracts
  • Validating contractor rates
  • Checking & Reviewing Purchase Orders

Desirable skills and attributes:

  • Experienced recruitment payroll professional
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex workstreams
  • Knowledge of Uk payroll legislation
