Operations Admin - Payroll
Portfolio Payroll are proud to be partnering with our market leading client based in the Salford Quays area of Greater Manchester to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator. This is a data integrity position working within the payroll compliance team. We are looking for experienced administrators to manage the "In Time" system ideally from a recruitment payroll background.
This is a hybrid role
Key Duties/Tasks:
- Updating contractor rates
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients
- Internal auditing and compliance checking
- Supporting managers across the business and dealing with complex queries
- Preparation of contracts
- Validating contractor rates
- Checking & Reviewing Purchase Orders
Desirable skills and attributes:
- Experienced recruitment payroll professional
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex workstreams
- Knowledge of Uk payroll legislation
