JOB TITLE: Operational Technology Engineer

LOCATION: Gloucester

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent

SALARY: £37k - £45k

THE BUSINESS:

C4S Search are pleased to be working with a large manufacturing company.

THE OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:

  • Maintenance, development, and implementation of systems in industrial domains.
  • Collaborating closely with production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams to devise durable solutions.
  • Coordinating enhancements and advancements with the central team.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with Operational Technologies including SCADA, process control systems, MES, and industrial networks.
  • Background in project management and/or core-team involvement in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in software project development and implementation within an industrial context.
  • Understanding of databases, both on-premises and cloud-based.
  • Experience in configuring networks, including communication protocols, switches, VLANs, etc.
