- Identify and prioritize potential of international online partners
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard new online partners and negotiate favourable terms and agreements that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for online sales initiatives.
- Manage relationships with existing online partners, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape in the online trading space.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in online trading to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities with online partners to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online trading, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, to evaluate performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in online sales, with experience in setting up new partnerships and collaborations, ideally within the jewellery or watch sector, or in the lifestyle/fashion sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed to support business objectives.
