JOB TITLE: Online Seminar Manager
LOCATION: Atherstone
SALARY: £35,000 Basic (£45,000 OTE)

The COMPANY
Our client is one of the UK's leading businesses in their field. They have provided essential services and advice to businesses for over 60 years. They have one of the best trained and rewarded staff in the industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Events Manager to organize crucial events for the business.

The ROLE
As an Events Manager you will manage events and seminars, both online and in person, for businesses to attend.

The successful Marketing Events Manager will be required to do the following:

* Manage which includes guest speakers.
* In charge of the end-to-end management of an event.
* Write briefs with marketing, review content, work with sales for bookings and the follow-up.
* Work with both telesales and field sales team to ensure events have the correct attendees.
* Ensure that marketing are maximising the promotion of events.
* This is an exceptional opportunity to look at an already effective department but review every detail and implement changes to take it to the next level.

CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Events Manager with the following experience and attributes:

* You will have an excellent track record in managing and delivering seminars and webinars.
* Able to motivate, lead and coach a team, with a real focus in driving results and constantly driving improvements.
* Exceptional organisational and planning skills
* A commercially focussed person who enjoys delivering to targets and is happy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
* Strong attention-to-detail, self-directed initiative, resourcefulness and drive for innovation
