DK are really excited to be looking for an Online data and Insight manager for their client based in Amersham. Ensuring that data is unified, reliable, easily accessible and digestible whilst driving insight to improve customer experience and business performance.

Searching for an experienced individual with at least 3 years’ experience of connecting complex data sets, managing data architecture, empowering teams to self-serve reporting and building effective and automated reporting. Knowledge of GA4, PowerBI, Manthan, Hybris, Tableau and advance Excel would be extremely beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the analytics skills of the department through organising training and delivering support documents and content.

- Work closely with our selected 3rd party to ensure data accuracy and delivery of the data and insight roadmap for growth.

- Support the head of department and stakeholders in building robust forecasting, Digital channel budget builds and business case formulation.

- Provide insightful suggestions to improve the customer experience based on the data you have analysed, as part of our test and learn approach.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practice with regular time dedicated to external events and personal development.

Skills and Experience

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within an omnichannel retail business with large range portfolio.

- Experience of managing agencies, third parties and technology vendors.

- Exceptional presentation skills, with an ability to communicate technical material in a non-technical manner.

- Experience in scoping and planning budgets to measure digital traffic channels and multiple sales channels.

- Ability to manage and transform datasets, experience with GA4, Big Query, Hybris would be helpful.
