Talent On-boarding Specialist

  • Location: Bristol
  • Salary: £23,500 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated Talent On-boarding Specialist to join our Talent Engagement Team. This role is pivotal in providing a seamless on-boarding experience for new talent, ensuring high compliance vetting, and enhancing the candidate journey. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Complete all on-boarding administration duties for new starters, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date profiles in our database and ensure all details are accurate.
  • Manage Disclosure Scotland and DBS checks when required.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as REED Screening to ensure all on-boarding processes meet contractual and legislative standards.
  • Handle candidate and client queries regarding start dates and manage expectations.
  • Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring, including internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams on contractor management.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required within the scope of the role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer or client-facing role delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in administration within a demanding, process-driven environment.
  • Effective verbal, written, and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and resilience in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • A willingness to learn and a desire to succeed in the role.
