Job Advert: Onboarding Administrator
Position: Onboarding Administrator – Full-time
Location: Leyburn Office
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours
About the Company:
We are working on behalf of a reputable firm based in Leyburn, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their clients. Our client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Onboarding Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete file openings and file closing procedures.
- Manage and complete client registrations accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all client documentation and information are up-to-date and accurate.
- Conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist the team in following up on quotes and client inquiries.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Proactively chase and progress files to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.
- Foster strong relationships with secretaries and solicitors within the firm.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries as necessary.
- Assist with audio typing and copy typing tasks as required.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the firm.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
