Hays Education are looking for a teaching assistant for a long term role in a primary school in Oldbury. The school aim to provide pupils with skills to be happy and successful.

Your new role

The school are looking for a full-time teaching assistant to work in Key Stage 1 with a small group of children in KS1 and to support the class teacher. It would be ideal for you to have previous experience working with children with SEND.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 teaching assistant qualification and have recent experience. You will assist teachers in delivering lessons, support students with diverse needs, foster a positive classroom atmosphere and collaborate with colleagues to create an inspiring learning environment.

In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
