The Role

As the OFSTED Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our services not only meet but exceed OFSTED standards and regulations. Your leadership will be key in driving our team to deliver exceptional educational outcomes and support services for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation and readiness for OFSTED inspections, ensuring all aspects of the service comply with OFSTED standards and regulations.

- Implement and maintain robust systems and processes for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of service provision.

- Provide inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, fostering a culture of high expectations, continuous improvement, and professional development.

- Develop and maintain effective strategies for engaging with children, young people, and their families to ensure their needs and aspirations are central to our service delivery.

- Manage and resolve any issues effectively, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained at all times.

- Represent the service positively in external meetings and contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including safeguarding and child protection policies.

- Oversee the effective recruitment, induction, and training of staff, ensuring a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

- Prepare management reports and manage budgets to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of the service.

About You

- You are an experienced manager with a proven track record in leading services to achieve and maintain outstanding OFSTED ratings.

- In-depth knowledge of OFSTED standards, regulations, and the inspection process.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and leading a team towards excellence.

- A strong commitment to child-centered education and care, with a compassionate and flexible approach to service management.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs effectively.

- A strategic thinker, able to contribute to the growth and development of the business.
