Are you a passionate and dedicated professional looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children in need? We invite you to join our team as a Registered Manager for our EBD home.

Position Overview: As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating an environment that fosters growth, stability, and positive change for the children in our care. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of the home and making a real difference in the lives of these children.

About Us: This new provision has had all planning approved and have completed the SE1 form. We are looking for a registered Manager to take the lead of the home and really make their mark. Our commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for these children is unwavering. We believe that by supporting our management team, we empower them to lead and transform our homes into safe havens of growth and healing.

Qualifications:

Registered Manager Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an EBD or children's residential setting.

Passion and Dedication: A genuine commitment to the well-being and development of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated team of care professionals.

Innovative Thinking: A creative mindset to develop and implement new strategies that enhance the quality of care.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines in children's residential care.
