Offshore Islands Support Worker

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a minimum of 6 months UK-based care experience?

Position: Support Worker
Location: Offshore islands in Scotland
Duration: Full-time, contract basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Work effectively as part of a team in a care at home or residential setting
• Recognise and encourage the rights of service users, assisting them in making informed choices
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to National Care Standards, setting appropriate boundaries

Requirements:

• Minimum SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable)
• Car driver with access to your own vehicle
• Minimum 6 months UK experience in a care setting
