Office Support & Accounts Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Leighton Buzzard based company, who are seeking an Office Support & Accounts Administrator to join their team in a temporary capacity. Please note, this role is full-time, office based, and doesn't offer remote or hybrid working.
Working Hours:
- 08:30am to 17:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch (40-hours a week).
For this role, our client would be seeking a candidate with previous accounts admin experience.
Duties to include:
- Purchase ledger invoice processing and coding.
- Completing data entry duties.
- Basic understanding of coding.
- General office duties, including: telephones, emails, filing etc.
- Ad hoc duties to support the accounts department.
Skills & Experience required:
- Entry-level accounting experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Right to work in UK (Share code).
